Terms of Service
Effective date: July 22, 2025
1. Mobile Service Requirements
Our team provides mobile detailing services at your location. Please ensure we have safe, legal access to the vehicle and permission to be on the property. Access to water and power may be required for certain services.
2. Booking & Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
3. Vehicle Condition
We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the vehicle’s condition differs significantly from what was described when booking. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or other special conditions may require additional services at an extra cost.
4. Damage & Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, Wheely Good Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage resulting from fragile paint, worn parts, or poor prior repairs.
5. Weather Policy
If weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical to complete your detail, we may need to reschedule at no additional cost to you.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters. If you are not satisfied with the results, please let us know within 24 hours so we can address it promptly. We do not offer refunds but will do our best to make it right.
7. Payment Terms
A $25 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit cards, cash, Venmo, etc.
8. Changes to Terms
